KamakoChhnoeum in Cambodia is a program that uses mobile and fixed landlines to enable workers to receive audio messages that educate them on their rights. The system uses keypad surveys that inform authorities of working conditions and potential violations. Within the first two months of the program, 3,245 workers phoned KamakoChhnoeum.
