Vize allows factory workers in emerging markets to anonymously share information about their jobs with an intuitive rating and review app. Think GlassDoor but for emerging markets. The ratings provide a direct incentive for the factories to improve conditions, as the higher their ratings, the more workers they will recruit and retain. We can then analyze the data we're receiving from our users and give factories actionable data on the most impactful ways to increase retention, and thus their productivity and profitability.
