GeSI’s report calls for the ICT industry, in collaboration with all interested stakeholders, to take action to develop and apply what could be called “technology for human rights.”
This site summarises an event organized by Fujitsu on power and responsibility in a digital age. Panelists agreed that trust is hard to earn and easy to lose. “Trust is a fascinating topic because it goes right into the fabric of business, government and society. All relationships are built on trust. Without it we cannot engage meaningfully, on a personal or professional level.”
